What is it?
Spinal Decompression Therapy is a nonsurgical procedure that uses gentle stretching or traction of the spine to reduce pressure on spinal discs and nerves, aiming to relieve back or neck pain, and/or radicular form of leg or arm pain.
Why?
Helps to relieve pressure on herniated or bulged spinal discs and nerves to promote healing and reposition herniated disc material. This will promote an influx of healing nutrients into the disc tissue, to help repair the injury site.
